职位职责和职位要求(JobResponsibilities&Requirements)：一、Responsibilities职责：1、AsistingforeignteacherstoteachChildren‘sEnglishcourses协助外教教授少儿英语课程；2、Responsibleforofferingafter-saletrackingservicetostudents,tohelpcreateandkeepstudentrecords；负责对学生进行售后跟踪服务，帮助建立和保管学生档案；3、Responsibleforhandlingcomplaintsfromstudentsorparents,collectingfeedback,andreporttotheTeachingSupervisor；负责处理学生或家长投诉，收集反馈信息，并汇报给教学主管；4、Assistingthedepartmentorotherdepartmentsorganizevariousactivities,suchasteachingdemonstration,Parents-childCampaign,parents’meeting,summercampandsoon协助本部门或其他部门举办各项活动，比如教学观摩，亲子活动，家长会，夏令营等。二、Requirements要求：1、EnglishorTeachingmajors,QABteacherspreferred；英语或师范专业毕业，幼师优先；2、EnglishTEM-4orabove,CET-6orabovefornon-Englishmajors；专业英语四级或以上，非英语专业六级或以上；3、Oneyearormoreteachingexperiencepreferred；有一年或以上教学经验者优先；4、Fluentlyinspeaking,standardpronunciation；口语流利，发音标准；5、ProficiencyinOfficeSoftware；熟练操作Office办公软件；6、Niceimage,responsible,proactive,caring,patient,livelywithaffinityarerequired.形象气质佳，责任心强，主动积极，有爱心，耐心活泼，具有亲和力。应聘者请附上近期照片一张；三、WeOffer我们提供：Highlycompetitivesalary有竞争力的底薪Fullsocialwelfareandcomplimentarymedicalinsurance完备的社会保险及补充商业保险Highlyprofessionaltrainingfortheposition完善的培训机制FreeKINGSEnglishtrainingcourse免费白金汉英语培训Paidannualvacationandawardtrips带薪年假及旅游应聘请注明可到职地区！工作地点：泉州、石狮、莆田均可选择！
